Oh Whoops, A Lot Has Happened

Here it is, post Memorial Day, 2026, and the last blog post here was… oof. Sorry.

So much is different! So much is the same!

I’m in Tulsa, Oklahoma now, since 2024. Arrived via Tulsa Remote, and I like it here just as much as Ethan Hawke likes it, thank you very much. Me and Ethan, best pals. If he tells you he has no idea who I am when you ask him about me, don’t you believe him. Such a kidder.

So I just did a big site revamp to emphasize the visual art stuff, on the occasion of Lovett’s Gallery deciding to take a chance on representing my work to lovely art customers in Oklahoma (and I guess, elsewhere, if you are interested in pieces of mine that they have at their fine establishment)! I had been resisting making this site a more “professional” representation of my creative life for a while, and well. Now I don’t really have an excuse anymore, so I have DONE it. For those of you who are disoriented because you remember all that music stuff I did back in the 90’s and Oughts, well the discography page is down there in the footer now. I will be trying to add some more detail to that section, maybe bring back some of the old content from the Wonky.Net days (RIP).

Lovett’s is having an EVENT on June 6th, from 10AM-5PM, and there will be tons of new work on display there, including my picture “Magic Is Real” that is festooned on the landing page on this here site. If you’re in town, head over to Lovett’s on June 6th, won’t you? I will not be present, but lots of excellent art will be, and I think you’d like looking at it.

OK, I’ll try not to let it be (jeez) nearly EIGHT YEARS before I write in this space again.
