Shawn Farley is a human American person.

He grew up drawing and painting, discovered oil paint at fifteen, but one fateful day a friend let him play an electric guitar real loud through an amp - and he didn't so much as doodle for almost thirty years. But there was always an itch to get back to visual art, which Shawn decided to scratch one summer day in 2015.

Three years of intensive training later, he was obsessed. Now he works primarily in oil on linen and panel, making figurative and landscape paintings that he prefers to let speak for themselves — when they feel like it.

He is represented by Lovett's Gallery in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

And oh - he also made a lot of music back in the day, which you can find linked in the footer.
