The MP3 on this site itsn't working, so I snagged it at Bandcamp.

I really like this. Lo-fi doesn't have to be bad. This reminds me of John Frusciante's album "To Record Only Water For 10 Days."

Jeez... what a teaser! This song could have easily gone on for a standard V-C-V-C-B-C-C format or whatever. Given it's melodic development, I wouldn't have been bored at all. I feel shorted. I want my money back.

Also, it would be interesting to hear this song done in the standard pristine YPQ. (Yogi production quality.)

Nice lyrics, good melody too.

For me the drum machine sound is a bit fisher-price 'my first drum machine'. The guitar sound is interesting with it's phased effect. Not my favorite guitar sound ever, but it works with the theme of the song somehow. I gotta say though, I reckon this one would work well as a straightforward acoustic 'one man and his guitar' thing.

Pickiness aside, thanks for sharing the wealth dude!

I agree with driftingmuppet that this song invites me to think about an acoustic version. Could be the demo-quality of the drums that somehow doesn't click with the rest of the track.

Aside from that it's always good to hear you sing intimate stuff like that with mulptiple vocal parts we wouldn't get in the one man acoustic setting.

Too bad you feel like this.

Nice and simple, and the lyrics? I think we've all felt like that at some time.
